Managing Stress Before It Manages You

Juggling the demands of being a manager/supervisor can be stressful. A variety of research suggests that the physiological damage done by stress may be long-lasting. Learn how to proactively eliminate or reduce your stressors with proven techniques that are practical and easy to use. Time management skills are highlighted in this very interactive class in addition to tips on how to "stress-reduce" your staff. This course is mandatory for all new manager/supervisors.
