ABC's of Report Writing

Not sure how to write an Accident/Injury or Incident Report? This class is designed for the new employee, as well as the veteran employee, who would like a refresher on this topic. Classes will be customized, as much as possible, for the participants' area of service, report writing responsibilities and knowledge levels. Writing a report will be part of the classroom activities.

Addressing the Concerns of Child Abuse

This course will assist the employee in understanding what constitutes Child Abuse. It will assist in identifying potential child abuse incidents and how the reporting of such incidents is done. It will refresh the employee with the fact that even some staff actions done in total innocence may constitute abuse. This course will also focus on the maintenance and confidentiality in professionally handling the situation with authorities and families.
