Small Steps to Health and Wellness

Many Americans have a need to address both health and personal finance “issues” in their lives. Yet, health and personal finances are generally treated as separate topics in educational programs, publications and research studies. The focus is on setting realistic goals; identifying small and “doable” action steps; identifying obstacles and overcoming them; and, finally, putting your mind to it!
