Creating Opportunities for People with Disabilities
The Heritage-Oak Foundation, Inc.
The Heritage-Oak Foundation directly supports children and adults with disabilities who are served by Heritage Centers, by securing monetary donations, resources, planned giving opportunities, gifts-in-kind and corporate sponsorships. Simply put, the Heritage-Oak Foundation (HOF) is the "fundraising arm" of Heritage Centers.
The Foundation was established in 1987 and is governed by a separate Board of Directors. Gifts and donations intended for the benefit of Heritage Centers are gratefully accepted through the Heritage-Oak Foundation. Thanks to the generous support of caring individuals, service organizations & clubs, large & small businesses, and private foundations, the work of the Heritage-Oak Foundation ensures that important programs for people with special needs are available, both now and in the future.
You can help people with disabilities in our community reach their fullest potential with a gift to the Heritage-Oak Foundation. For information on our fundraising events and other ways you can make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities, please do not hesitate to contact us.
