Creating Opportunities for People with Disabilities

The Heritage Centers Foundation, Inc.


The Heritage Centers Foundation directly supports children and adults with disabilities who are served by Heritage Centers, by securing monetary donations, resources, planned giving opportunities, gifts-in-kind and corporate sponsorships. Simply put, the Heritage Centers Foundation is the "fundraising arm" of Heritage Centers.

The Foundation was established in 1987 and is governed by a separate Board of Directors. Gifts and donations intended for the benefit of Heritage Centers are gratefully accepted through the Heritage Centers Foundation. Thanks to the generous support of caring individuals, service organizations & clubs, large & small businesses, and private foundations, the work of the Heritage Centers Foundation ensures that important programs for people with special needs are available, both now and in the future.
