We are honored that you have chosen to know more about us. As an agency with 60 years experience delivering comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities (and their families), you will find that we have a great deal to offer. We are an organization that thrives on the principles of passion, goals and teamwork.

We operate under a set of goals and values that keep us focused on the individuals we serve, while maintaining a work environment that allows staff to be as productive as possible. The following are a set of six goals that drive our agency and our operations

To develop, provide and maintain quality services
To recruit and maintain a quality staff
To maintain fiscal stability
To increase consumer satisfaction
To increase community awareness of the organization
To use technology to support the well-being of the organization, staff and consumers

In addition to these six goals that are reviewed with the Board of Directors semi-annually, the agency has also adopted a set of eight values that govern our behavior with the individuals we serve, their families and with each other. These values are:
