About Heritage Centers
Welcome to Heritage Centers!
We operate under a set of goals and values that keep us focused on the individuals we serve, while maintaining a work environment that allows staff to be as productive as possible. The following are a set of six goals that drive our agency and our operations
- To develop, provide and maintain quality services
- To recruit and maintain a quality staff
- To maintain fiscal stability
- To increase consumer satisfaction
- To increase community awareness of the organization
- To use technology to support the well-being of the organization, staff and consumers
In addition to these six goals that are reviewed with the Board of Directors semi-annually, the agency has also adopted a set of eight values that govern our behavior with the individuals we serve, their families and with each other. These values are:
